Champagne or Impostor?

Six sparkling wines, served blind: four champagnes, one cava and one crémant. Rate every glass, then call it: real Champagne or impostor? The bubbles won’t tell you; the bread and brioche might.

Expert note
Serve at 8–10 °C in white-wine glasses (not flutes) so aromas open up. Champagne’s long lees ageing shows as brioche and toast; cava leans citrus and earth, crémant sits in between.
